Organic Jams

Dalhousie is proud to announce the release of the first in its organic range - four varieties of jam. Certified organic by the Biological Farmers of Australia the jams will satisfy a growing demand in Australia for quality, well presented organic finished products. The inaugural release of jam comes in four taste tempting varieties: Blueberry, Raspberry & Fig Jams and Orange Marmalade. Packed in convenient 285g jars the organic jams come in cartons of 24, which can be sold mixed if desired.

Marmalades

Dalhousie marmalades have been created with some interesting and exciting variations to the traditional marmalade style but are still strongly aromatic and have the bitter flavor that a real marmalade should have.

Liqueur Fruits

Preserving food in wine and spirit dates back to Roman times when marinating fruit was an alternative to drying. It was then discovered a fruit liqueur developed over time which became an added bonus. Age-old recipes are used for each of our liqueured fruits and you can create a mouthwatering dessert sensation, simply and quickly by serving with ice cream.
