Dalhousie Fine Foods is a small family owned company based in the central Victoria town of Heathcote, 100km north of Melbourne.

Operating since the late 1980's the company specializes in gourmet food for gifts and produces a variety of jams, marmalades, mustards, sauces and chutneys.

Our products are sold all over Australia and we have growing overseas markets in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

The year 2003 has seen the company take the big step into organic processing with the release of four fully organically certified jams.

Dalhousie is committed to the future and to the environment. Apart from the move into organics Dalhousie has committed to solar power through the installation of a grid interactive photovoltaic system. We are also committed to reducing greenhouse gas production by driving a Toyota Prius hybrid gasoline-electric motor vehicle.
